Ashleigh Andrews Rich is a production editor in the Urban Institute's communications department. She edits and formats reports, briefs, and other products, working closely with authors to ensure that their work meets the highest editorial and production standards.

Before joining Urban, Rich worked at the World Resources Institute, where she focused on promoting research quality and managing the institute's peer review process, and at the Gulf Coast Community Foundation, where she distributed grants and scholarships to local nonprofits and students. She earned a BA in English and history from Cornell University.
