Adaeze Okoli is a research assistant in the Center on Labor, Human Services, and Population at the Urban Institute. Okoli is passionate about the intersection of data, research, and policy to drive sustainable social change. Her previous research experiences focused on the impact of demographic factors such as race and migrant status on key economic outcomes. Okoli holds a BS in economics from the Ohio State University, where she graduated with honors and research distinction.
