Institute Fellows come to UI from distinguished careers in government service, academia, community leadership, journalism, and business. Fellows direct some of the Institute's major research projects, conduct individual research, write for professional and mass market publications, regularly testify before Congress, and make broadcast media appearances to discuss their areas of expertise.
