In recent months, jurisdictions around the country have responded to rebounding crime rates and episodes of school violence with a host of aggressive anticrime measures that include expanding youth curfews, ramping up gang injunctions, and installing surveillance cameras in high-crime neighborhoods and around schools. Panelists examined trends in youth crime and considered policy options for responding to crime and violence.
