Zlatograd Community Development Center: Interview Guidelines and Results (Research Report)This report documents the findings of interviews administered to the residents of Zlatograd, Bulgaria, during September 1997. The goal of the interviews was to evaluate the role, functions, and success of the activities of the Community Development Center (CDC). In addition, high-priority areas for future development of the CDC were identified.
